Sales Representative - inbound leads (remote)

Fernwood Vista Staffing places workers with employers around San Antonio, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our inbound leads. We are in the people business and act like it. What you will do • Explain our services around client orders clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • Experience selling client orders. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in San Antonio. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
