Sales Representative - inbound leads (remote)

Lumen Ridge Construction is a Indianapolis contractor with project managers, trades and support staff, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our inbound leads. Good people move up quickly. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around subcontractor invoices clearly and honestly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • Experience selling subcontractor invoices. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Indianapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
