Sales Representative - inbound leads (remote)

Lumen Oak Farms is looking for a Sales Representative. The job centres on inbound leads for packing house output, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are a family-run business at heart. What you will do • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around packing house output clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • Experience selling packing house output. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Little Rock. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
