Sales Representative - inbound leads (remote)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Birch Farms and adding a Sales Representative whose main responsibility will be inbound leads. Weather sets the schedule, and we plan around it. What you will do • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Explain our services around cold storage clearly and honestly. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling cold storage. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Tampa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
