Sales Representative - inbound leads (remote)

Redstone Meadow Financial serves customers across Wichita with accounts, loans and payments, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our inbound leads. You would join a small organisation of about 150 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Explain our services around loan applications clearly and honestly. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling loan applications. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Wichita. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
