Sales Representative - inbound leads (remote)

Redstone Cross Facilities is a facilities company in Reno with crews on day and night shifts. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on inbound leads. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Explain our services around supply orders clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling supply orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Reno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
