Sales Representative - inbound leads (remote)

Amberfield Corner Staffing places workers with employers around Oakland. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on inbound leads. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Explain our services around candidate screening clearly and honestly. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • Experience selling candidate screening. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Oakland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
