Sales Representative - inbound leads (remote)

Westbrook Quarry Arts Center Group is a cultural organisation in Buffalo presenting exhibitions and performances. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on inbound leads. Everyone pitches in on show days. What you will do • Explain our services around volunteer programmes clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling volunteer programmes. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Buffalo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
