Sales Representative - inbound leads (remote)

Bright Juniper Farms supplies farm and food customers across the Virginia Beach region. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on inbound leads. Seasons are busy and the rest of the year is for planning. What you will do • Explain our services around seasonal crews clearly and honestly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling seasonal crews. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Virginia Beach. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
