Sales Representative - inbound leads (remote)

Harborlight Birch Hospitality is a hospitality company in Knoxville with restaurants, rooms and catering, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our inbound leads. You would join a large organisation of about 618 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around guest bookings clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • Experience selling guest bookings. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Knoxville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
