Sales Representative - inbound leads (remote)

Bright Glen Inspection Services is an inspection company in Wichita with field technicians and lab staff. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on inbound leads. Independence and accuracy are our product. What you will do • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around certifications clearly and honestly. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • Experience selling certifications. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Wichita. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
