Sales Representative - inbound leads (remote)

Highbridge Ivory Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Little Rock serving households and small businesses. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on inbound leads. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around account openings clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • Experience selling account openings. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Little Rock. • We reply to every applicant.
