Sales Representative - inbound leads (remote)

Highbridge Willow Insurance sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Birmingham. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on inbound leads. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Explain our services around underwriting files clearly and honestly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • Experience selling underwriting files. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Birmingham. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
