Sales Representative - inbound leads (remote)

Summit Sparrow Farms is an agricultural business based around San Diego. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on inbound leads. We are a family-run business at heart. What you will do • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around grower contracts clearly and honestly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling grower contracts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in San Diego. • We reply to every applicant.
