Sales Representative - inbound leads (remote)

Ironwood Quarry Banking Services is a regional lender in Knoxville with branches and a growing mobile service. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on inbound leads. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Explain our services around card disputes clearly and honestly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling card disputes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Knoxville. • We reply to every applicant.
