Sales Representative - inbound leads (remote)

Rivermark Fox Manufacturing manufactures parts and assemblies at its Boston plant, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our inbound leads. You would join a small organisation of about 35 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Explain our services around scrap and rework clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • Experience selling scrap and rework. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Boston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
