Sales Representative - inbound leads (remote)

Summit Rowan Foods Group makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in Minneapolis. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on inbound leads. Food safety is non-negotiable and we train for it. What you will do • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Explain our services around allergen controls clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling allergen controls. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Minneapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
