Sales Representative - inbound leads (remote)

Clearpath Junction Markets is a Charlotte retailer with stores, a distribution centre and online ordering. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on inbound leads. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Explain our services around store inventory clearly and honestly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • Experience selling store inventory. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Charlotte. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
