Sales Representative - inbound leads (remote)

We are growing our team at Silverline Haven Construction and adding a Sales Representative whose main responsibility will be inbound leads. We build things that last and we are honest about schedules. What you will do • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Explain our services around subcontractor invoices clearly and honestly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • Experience selling subcontractor invoices. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Phoenix. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
