Sales Representative - inbound leads (remote)

Bright Meridian Farms is an agricultural business based around Boston. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on inbound leads. We are a family-run business at heart. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around cold storage clearly and honestly. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • Experience selling cold storage. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Boston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
