Sales Representative - inbound leads (remote)

Redstone Meadow Staffing connects candidates and employers across the Seattle region, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our inbound leads. Recruiters here keep in touch with people long after placement. What you will do • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around timekeeping clearly and honestly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling timekeeping. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Seattle. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
