Sales Representative - inbound leads (remote)

Amberfield Fox Insurance sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Madison. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on inbound leads. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around customer complaints clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • Experience selling customer complaints. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Madison. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
