Sales Representative - inbound leads (remote)

Bluepeak Meridian Farms grows and distributes produce from farms near New Orleans, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our inbound leads. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Explain our services around seasonal crews clearly and honestly. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling seasonal crews. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in New Orleans. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
