Sales Representative - inbound leads (remote)

Highbridge Lantern Construction builds commercial and industrial projects around Albuquerque. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on inbound leads. You would join a large organisation of about 469 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Explain our services around subcontractor invoices clearly and honestly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • Experience selling subcontractor invoices. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Albuquerque. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
