Sales Representative - inbound leads (remote)

Fernwood Orchard Telecom builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Oakland area. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on inbound leads. Technicians and office staff share information daily. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Explain our services around field visits clearly and honestly. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • Experience selling field visits. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Oakland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
