Sales Representative - inbound leads (remote)

Rivermark Cedar Telecom Group is a telecommunications provider in Minneapolis focused on reliable home and business connections. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on inbound leads. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Explain our services around outage reports clearly and honestly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • Experience selling outage reports. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Minneapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
