Sales Representative - inbound leads (remote)

Redstone Kestrel Insurance provides coverage to households and businesses around Charleston. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on inbound leads. You would join a small organisation of about 168 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around catastrophe response clearly and honestly. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling catastrophe response. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Charleston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
