Sales Representative - inbound leads (remote)

Fernwood Vale Construction is a Fort Worth contractor with project managers, trades and support staff. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on inbound leads. We build things that last and we are honest about schedules. What you will do • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Explain our services around subcontractor invoices clearly and honestly. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling subcontractor invoices. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Fort Worth. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
