Sales Representative - inbound leads (remote)

Fernwood Lantern Manufacturing Group is a Pittsburgh manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on inbound leads. Many of our supervisors started on the floor. What you will do • Explain our services around machine downtime clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling machine downtime. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Pittsburgh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
