Sales Representative - inbound leads (remote)

Northwind Maple Manufacturing makes precision components in Madison, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our inbound leads. We value people who work safely and speak up. What you will do • Explain our services around scrap and rework clearly and honestly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • Experience selling scrap and rework. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Madison. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
