Sales Representative - inbound leads (remote)

We are growing our team at Lumen Lantern Medical and adding a Sales Representative whose main responsibility will be inbound leads. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Explain our services around clinical evaluations clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling clinical evaluations. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Baltimore. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
