Sales Representative - inbound leads (remote)

Ironwood Sable Staffing is looking for a Sales Representative. The job centres on inbound leads for onboarding, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Speed and follow-up matter. What you will do • Explain our services around onboarding clearly and honestly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling onboarding. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Sacramento. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
