Sales Representative - inbound leads (remote)

We are growing our team at Silverline Forge Farms and adding a Sales Representative whose main responsibility will be inbound leads. Seasons are busy and the rest of the year is for planning. What you will do • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around grower contracts clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • Experience selling grower contracts. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Louisville. • We reply to every applicant.
