Sales Representative - inbound leads (remote)

Summit Thistle Financial serves customers across Reno with accounts, loans and payments. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on inbound leads. You would join a large organisation of about 567 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Explain our services around account servicing clearly and honestly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling account servicing. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Reno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
