Sales Representative - inbound leads (remote)

Harborlight Juniper Banking Services Group is a community-focused bank in Virginia Beach serving households and small businesses. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on inbound leads. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around loan files clearly and honestly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling loan files. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Virginia Beach. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
