Sales Representative - inbound leads (remote)

We are growing our team at Northwind Cedar Hospitality and adding a Sales Representative whose main responsibility will be inbound leads. Promotion from within is common. What you will do • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around supplier orders clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • Experience selling supplier orders. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Fresno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
