Sales Representative - inbound leads (remote)

We are growing our team at Silverline Birch Farms and adding a Sales Representative whose main responsibility will be inbound leads. Weather sets the schedule, and we plan around it. What you will do • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Explain our services around cold storage clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • Experience selling cold storage. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Seattle. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
