Sales Representative - inbound leads (remote)

Harborlight Vale Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Hartford. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on inbound leads. You would join a small organisation of about 18 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Explain our services around complaint handling clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • Experience selling complaint handling. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Hartford. • We reply to every applicant.
