Sales Representative - inbound leads (remote)

Silverline Orchard Energy supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around Minneapolis, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our inbound leads. You would join a small organisation of about 112 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Explain our services around hardship programmes clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • Experience selling hardship programmes. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Minneapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
