Sales Representative - inbound leads (remote)

Clearpath Studio places workers with employers around Oklahoma City, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our inbound leads. We are in the people business and act like it. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Explain our services around onboarding clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling onboarding. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Oklahoma City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
