Sales Representative - inbound leads (remote)

Ironwood River Staffing Partners is a Honolulu staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our inbound leads. Recruiters here keep in touch with people long after placement. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around candidate screening clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling candidate screening. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Honolulu. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
