Sales Representative - inbound leads (remote)

Northwind Cross Arts Center runs a venue and education programmes in Knoxville, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our inbound leads. You would join a small organisation of about 127 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around volunteer programmes clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling volunteer programmes. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Knoxville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
