Sales Representative - inbound leads (remote)

Summit Rook Construction builds commercial and industrial projects around Indianapolis. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on inbound leads. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around materials orders clearly and honestly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • Experience selling materials orders. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Indianapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
