Sales Representative - inbound leads (remote)

Silverline Quarry Environmental Services Group collects and processes waste and recycling around Columbus. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on inbound leads. You would join a small organisation of about 65 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around landfill records clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • Experience selling landfill records. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Columbus. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
