Sales Representative - inbound leads (remote)

We are growing our team at Lumen Ridge Medical Group and adding a Sales Representative whose main responsibility will be inbound leads. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Explain our services around complaint handling clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • Experience selling complaint handling. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Madison. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
