Sales Representative - inbound leads (remote)

Highbridge Quill Facilities is a facilities company in New Orleans with crews on day and night shifts, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our inbound leads. Clear communication between supervisors and crews matters. What you will do • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Explain our services around safety inspections clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • Experience selling safety inspections. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in New Orleans. • We reply to every applicant.
