Sales Representative - inbound leads (remote)

Rivermark Hollow Hospitality is looking for a Sales Representative. The job centres on inbound leads for reviews and feedback, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around reviews and feedback clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • Experience selling reviews and feedback. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in St. Louis. • We reply to every applicant.
