Sales Representative - inbound leads (remote)

Rivermark Rowan Facilities is looking for a Sales Representative. The job centres on inbound leads for cleaning schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Clear communication between supervisors and crews matters. What you will do • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around cleaning schedules clearly and honestly. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • Experience selling cleaning schedules. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Madison. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
