Sales Representative - inbound leads (remote)

Foxglove Juniper Foods makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in Houston, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our inbound leads. We like people who take pride in what they make. What you will do • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Explain our services around customer specifications clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling customer specifications. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Houston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
