Sales Representative - inbound leads (remote)

Lumen Maple Press produces print and digital publications in San Jose. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on inbound leads. You would join a small organisation of about 20 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around paper stock clearly and honestly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • Experience selling paper stock. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in San Jose. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
